How it works
A team of QA agents, from task to release.
We made up a product, Brío, an online specialty coffee store, and follow the agent team working on it, sprint after sprint. Each agent has a role; a person decides. It runs under a minute and a half: pause, skip chapters or swipe.

- Build the team It's not one agent, it's a team. Each one has a role, and they all share your project's context: where to test, how to report and what never to touch.
- Explore the product The Explorer walks through the product the way a customer would and maps it: screens, flows, and where the business makes its money.
- A task arrives A task moves to Ready to test. The Planner reads the acceptance criteria and proposes cases, including the edge cases nobody wrote down.
- Test The Runners execute the cases in parallel on Chrome, iOS Safari and Android, keeping screenshots, video and console logs.
- A person decides The Analyst gathers the results, merges duplicates and lists the candidates. A person decides what's a bug, with business judgment.
- Report in your board The Reporter files the bug in your board in your team's format: steps, expected, actual and evidence. And lets you know.
- Retest and regression When the fix is back in Ready to test, the Runners rerun the cases and the Regression agent adds the case to the suite.
- Next sprint New feature: the Planner writes the cases and the Runners test it. Regression catches the old bug coming back, and it's stopped before shipping.
- Release Before the release, Regression runs the full suite and a person gives the Go. After the deploy, a production smoke test with no real purchases or data.
- Another loop And it starts again with the next task. Every loop the suite grows and releases ship calmer.
